About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal part in our success, working in partnership with the business to source and assess top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of required profiles by forming relationships with hiring managers.
  • Compile, analyze, and present market data to stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in corporate or agency recruitment, focusing on data analytics roles.
  • A proven track record of success in metrics-based talent acquisition settings.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using data insights.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Determination and focus on delivering results.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
