About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Accor, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of brand compliance and quality
  • Manage guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial targets and optimize revenue growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proven supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
  • Able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of AUD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
