Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking a dynamic Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary, flexible work hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

About The Role:

As the Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and minibar. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional service experiences for our guests. Your passion for food, wine, and hospitality will shine through as you lead your team to provide seamless service delivery across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and minibar
  • Act as a key leader in delivering exceptional service for events held at the restaurant and property
  • Maintain and develop the wine list, sharing your passion and knowledge with guests while managing its cost-effectiveness
  • Support the development of the restaurant team, providing training and guidance to ensure consistency in service standards and team engagement
  • Be an active presence on the floor, ensuring guest interactions are both engaging and seamless

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be a natural leader with experience in restaurant operations, preferably within the luxury segment. You will have a genuine passion for food and wine, strong interpersonal skills, RSA certification, and sound knowledge of local liquor licensing regulations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in managing and delivering unique high-end events
  • Technical service competencies with a solid knowledge of food and wine
  • The administrative know-how to build clever and accurate rosters and control the movement of stock throughout the Hotel
  • Solid business acumen and results-driven
  • Experience in running a similar-sized operation

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
