Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill.

Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our restaurant, Osteria Roma, welcoming both in-house and external guests and providing consistent and high-quality service.

You will be an active promoter of Osteria Roma, assisting in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets, running breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required, and bringing flair and passion each and every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification in Queensland
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
