Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and minibar to ensure smooth service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
- Act as a key leader in delivering exceptional service for events held at the restaurant and property, working to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to finalize rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner service, as well as any property-based events.
- Maintain and develop the wine list, sharing your passion and knowledge with guests while managing its cost-effectiveness.
- Support the development of the restaurant team, providing training and guidance to ensure consistency in service standards and team engagement.
- Be an active presence on the floor, the face of Lindenderry's dining experience, ensuring guest interactions are both engaging and seamless.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be a natural leader with experience in restaurant operations, ideally within the luxury segment. You will have a genuine passion for food and wine, with the ability to showcase local flavors and wines to our guests. Strong interpersonal skills, RSA certification, and sound knowledge of local liquor licensing regulations are also essential.
