Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in business development within the transport or related industries, a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
• Utilize research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the transport sector.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and business growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our business development efforts and outcomes.
