About the Role

Babcock International Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Leader to drive business development and strategic growth in the dynamic Land & Mission Systems sector.

This role will involve developing and executing tailored business strategies, conducting market research, analysing trends, and fostering key stakeholder relationships to identify and qualify opportunities that align with Babcock's global objectives.

As a Strategic Growth Leader, you will also evaluate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our competitive edge while maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless alignment of business pursuits with Babcock's strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive strategic growth in the Land & Mission Systems sector.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Foster key stakeholder relationships to build trust and credibility.
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
