Senior Employee Relations Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to support our high-performance culture. As a senior specialist, you will work closely with the business in managing complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conduct, and performance issues.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in employee relations, looking to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for supporting our business units in managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Investigate workplace complaints and incidents, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes;
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive work environment;
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment on employee relations policies and procedures;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to stakeholders as needed;
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a leadership capacity;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues;
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to provide guidance to stakeholders;
