Job Overview

The role of the Technical Support Specialist involves providing expert technical support and coordination of technical activities at a national level, focusing on Bizerba products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Installation, breakdown, and servicing support to customers.
  • Supporting Bizerba equipment with interstate travel for emergency breakdowns and installations.
  • Liaising with clients to review production requirements and making recommendations on parts stocking and servicing needs.
  • Providing commissioning support for complex installations.
  • Liaising with Balingen for technical information and resolving issues.
  • Assisting with spare parts stock management and evaluating quality issues.
  • Providing remote technical support and training programs for Bizerba products.
Key Skills:
  • 7-10 years experience with Bizerba products.
  • Good understanding of processes and systems.
  • Strong work ethic, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think laterally and possess methodical problem-solving attributes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and MS Office.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
