The role of the Technical Support Specialist involves providing expert technical support and coordination of technical activities at a national level, focusing on Bizerba products.
Main Responsibilities:- Installation, breakdown, and servicing support to customers.
- Supporting Bizerba equipment with interstate travel for emergency breakdowns and installations.
- Liaising with clients to review production requirements and making recommendations on parts stocking and servicing needs.
- Providing commissioning support for complex installations.
- Liaising with Balingen for technical information and resolving issues.
- Assisting with spare parts stock management and evaluating quality issues.
- Providing remote technical support and training programs for Bizerba products.
- 7-10 years experience with Bizerba products.
- Good understanding of processes and systems.
- Strong work ethic, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to think laterally and possess methodical problem-solving attributes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and MS Office.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
