Job Description

The Commercial Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and unlocking value across procurement and commercial functions. This dynamic individual will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring that terms, conditions, and obligations are clearly understood and met.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and finalizing a range of commercial documents, such as contracts, variations, confidentiality agreements, and termination letters. Additionally, this role involves developing and managing reports, dashboards, and trackers to facilitate spend analysis, rebate tracking, and contract status monitoring.

The Commercial Coordinator will collaborate closely with Finance to ensure that all eligible rebates are tracked, claimed, and reported. Furthermore, this role requires identifying and implementing improvements to contract management processes, tools, and templates.

Effective administrative and coordination support will be provided across procurement and commercial functions, ensuring seamless operations and smart commercial outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid experience in contract management within procurement or commercial settings is essential.
  • Strong skills in drafting and managing contract documentation are required.
  • Confidence in engaging with internal teams and external suppliers is crucial.
  • Clear, effective communication—both written and verbal—is vital.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is necessary.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are must-haves.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is desired.
