We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Sales and Contract Operations Specialist.

The Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless contract administration, supporting sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

To be successful as Sales and Contract Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Manage contract performance and deliverables for assigned contracts.
  • Support national tender responses for Government and Major Accounts.
  • Conduct periodic customer visits to promote sales and drive business growth.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute client requirements and deliverables efficiently.
  • Support bus deliveries, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve contract-related issues to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in contract administration and service efficiency.
  • Represent the organization at industry exhibitions and conferences as a brand ambassador.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bus industry environment experience.
  • Experience in contract administration, sales support, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable with travel and engaging with regional clients.
  • Familiarity with transport or automotive industry is a plus.
