Job Title: Contract Review SpecialistJob Description:

This role is critical in supporting the Corporate Counsel with reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential legal risks. The team focuses on reviewing tender documents, professional services, and consultancy contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and assess contracts proposed by clients or subconsultants, identifying key clauses for negotiation.
  • Liaise with the business to negotiate key clauses and address general contract queries from various business units.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team on legal research and assist with review of project correspondence on claims.
  • Prepare legal documents, forms, and contracts as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail when reviewing and assisting with legal documents.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude to connect with stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Prior law firm, in-house experience, or experience in a contract management or review role is essential.
