We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Marketing Manager to join our client's Melbourne headquarters.

This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth and commercialization of their animal health product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to commercialize the animal health product range
  • Create and implement pricing strategies and marketing plans
  • Oversee and optimize marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI
  • Coordinate with global teams and in-house marketing to meet strategic goals
  • Foster relationships with animal health customers to boost brand loyalty and market presence
  • Lead product launches and develop marketing tools to drive competitive differentiation
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance market positioning and support sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven strategic end-to-end marketing expertise, from concept through execution
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) and Pricing Strategies
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency, highly valued
  • Product Launch Experience, highly advantageous
  • KPI-focused Campaign Management + content creation
  • Marketing experience, selling direct to veterinarians, highly regarded
  • Understanding of animal industry & annual operations, highly regarded
  • Demonstrated understanding in B2B Relationship Management
  • Tertiary degree: Marketing, Science or Agriculture, highly advantageous
