Market Director, Private Bank and Wealth Sales

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our Private Bank Markets business, you will play a critical role in driving growth and supporting our customers' financial markets needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, identifying growth opportunities, and developing new business and product capabilities. You will also work closely with our ANZ Private Bankers to support their clients in managing their financial markets risks.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Risk Management Financial Markets products, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to be able to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve business targets for Private Bank Markets sales across products including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Money Markets, and Commodities
- Identify growth opportunities and new growth streams
- Support ANZ Private Bankers in managing their clients' financial markets risks
- Source new business opportunities and develop new product capabilities
- Actively utilize and promote data to analyze Private Bank client segments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Ensure limit management and compliance with internal and external requirements
