Account Activation Specialist

We're on a mission to make hiring and customer support seamless for tradies. To achieve this, we need an expert who can ensure new and renewing customers get the most out of our platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and guiding people through complex processes, and be passionate about building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guide customers through onboarding and training: Demonstrate how to set up profiles, respond to jobs, and utilize features that drive results.
  2. Maintain regular contact: Stay connected with your portfolio of customers, celebrating successes and proactively addressing any decline in usage.
  3. Coach for success: Share best practices and tailored tips to help tradies feel confident using the platform.
  4. Problem-solve with empathy: Handle frustrations calmly, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
  5. Identify risks early: Use data and engagement trends to identify accounts that may need extra support before they churn.
  6. Be the customer's voice: Collect feedback and insights from your accounts to help improve our products and processes.
  7. Build rapport and trust: Focus on long-term relationships rather than just completing tasks.
  8. Be patient and enthusiastic: Show people how to use features and provide ongoing support.
  9. Manage frustrations without taking them personally: Guide customers toward solutions and promote a positive experience.
  10. Initiate check-ins and follow-ups: Ensure continuous engagement and document interactions.
  11. Recognize usage patterns and act accordingly: Support customer success by identifying areas for improvement.
