The ideal candidate will have experience in training and guiding people through complex processes, and be passionate about building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide customers through onboarding and training: Demonstrate how to set up profiles, respond to jobs, and utilize features that drive results.
- Maintain regular contact: Stay connected with your portfolio of customers, celebrating successes and proactively addressing any decline in usage.
- Coach for success: Share best practices and tailored tips to help tradies feel confident using the platform.
- Problem-solve with empathy: Handle frustrations calmly, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Identify risks early: Use data and engagement trends to identify accounts that may need extra support before they churn.
- Be the customer's voice: Collect feedback and insights from your accounts to help improve our products and processes.
- Build rapport and trust: Focus on long-term relationships rather than just completing tasks.
- Be patient and enthusiastic: Show people how to use features and provide ongoing support.
- Manage frustrations without taking them personally: Guide customers toward solutions and promote a positive experience.
