Job Summary

The role of Customer Service Director entails leading day-to-day operations, coaching and motivating staff, and collaborating with the Executive Manager to develop the team for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Main Responsibilities
  • Manage branch operations on a daily basis and uphold high standards of service across the branch.
  • Cultivate and motivate staff in partnership with the Executive Manager.
  • Promote operational compliance and risk management through established processes.
  • Pursue proactive engagement strategies to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps; ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development and align team performance with key values and goals.

  • A natural leader with a passion for helping customers achieve their financial objectives.
  • Experience in financial services, lending, or commercial banking with skills to manage risk, ensure compliance, and coach teams to success.
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations and financial sector compliance; ability to motivate and guide teams toward excellence.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills; confident in navigating complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
