Facility Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Facility Maintenance Associate. This is a permanent part-time position (28 hours per week) that requires the successful applicant to perform a range of support services for our residents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning (commercial or aged care setting), a Food Handlers Certificate HLTFSE – 001 (or willingness to complete), and demonstrated ability to fulfill all physical aspects of the position.
Responsibilities include delivering efficient and customer-focused cleaning services across the facility, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and steam cleaning of floors, detail dusting, glass cleaning, and kitchen cleaning.
Additional duties may include assisting with laundry duties, transportation of equipment and stock across the facility, and supporting other teams as needed. All tasks must be carried out within legislative standards to ensure the safety and welfare of our residents.
