Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. This role will involve performing routine maintenance and repairs on Council buildings and facilities.

The successful applicant will conduct preventative maintenance programs, respond to urgent maintenance requests and building defects, and support major building projects and renovations across Council properties.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and purpose in their work, working across diverse facilities from community centres to sporting pavilions.

About You
  • Trade qualifications in building maintenance, carpentry, or related field are essential.
  • Experience in general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical basics, and repairs is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are key to success in this role.
  • A current driver's license and commitment to workplace safety are also necessary.
