Facility Maintenance Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect designated areas and conduct maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains operational and well-maintained.
  • Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of scheduled maintenance procedures for buildings and equipment.
  • Repair various fixtures and hardware, including doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
  • Identify significant maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Adhere to established safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in maintenance is preferred.
  • Able to follow basic safety protocols and take necessary precautions due to physical risks.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
