Part Time Coach

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy sessions that cater to diverse client needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in group fitness, personal training, or strength & conditioning. They must possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients across all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technically sound and engaging BFT sessions.
  • Engage with members on the floor and beyond.
  • Support the team with initiative and ownership.
  • Lead by example in your own training and attitude.

Requirements:

  • Experience in group fitness, personal training, or strength & conditioning.
  • Certification III & IV in Fitness (required).
  • Current First Aid + CPR.
