Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bar Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in bar service, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with expertise in bar operations, staff supervision, and inventory control. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our bar team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance. Additionally, you will oversee the procurement, storage, and utilization of bar supplies, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our vibrant venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality products.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in bar operations and hospitality management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and software (desirable).
  • First aid certification and willingness to obtain additional certifications (as required).
