You will be confident delivering to a broad range of audience groups, including senior leaders. Whether online or in-person, you will create inclusive environments where learners feel supported and challenged.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, creating effective learning materials, and providing advice regarding learning pathways as part of an integrated learning strategy.

  • Proven experience designing and facilitating various types of training programs (including leadership development)
  • Confidence with virtual training tools and technologies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
