As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to children in our care. This includes creating and implementing enriching programs based on the preferences of the children, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, interacting with parents and engaging with the school community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Director of Service in programming activities
  • Supporting with regulatory compliance
  • Engaging with parents and responding to their queries
  • Attending school events and assemblies when required

We are looking for someone who is passionate about kids, has loads of energy and can have fun while working with them. You should be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential - we can train you.

The role offers stable, permanent part-time hours of up to 25 per week. You will also benefit from ongoing training and mentoring, flexible work arrangements, discounts galore and the opportunity to make friends at work.
