The Guest Service Generalist role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong work ethic.

  • Clean and maintain guest accommodations to ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support retail services and assist with ski equipment fitting as required.
  • Meet monthly sales targets for the ski shop by providing exceptional service and promoting our products.
  • Design and create a small cafe-style menu that showcases your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Manage food preparation and presentation to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide outstanding front-of-house service to all guests and owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work independently and lead all aspects of cafe operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodations and common areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings, and school holiday periods.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • No experience or qualifications are required, but previous experience in a similar hotel position is desirable.
