Job Description

The role of a Facilities Team Leader at Raging Waters Sydney is a key position within our operations team. This individual will be responsible for leading and working alongside the facilities team to ensure the park operates safely and efficiently.

As a hands-on leader, you will support, guide and work alongside seasonal team members across various departments including slide inspection, water quality, tubes and general maintenance.

Key responsibilities include leading and working alongside the team in inspections, maintenance, water quality checks and cleaning duties, as well as assigning daily tasks and following up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule.

Additionally, you will act as the first point of contact for team support, mentoring and coaching, especially new or seasonal staff, monitor team morale, encourage collaboration and report concerns to the facilities coordinator.

Promote and maintain a clean, safe and positive team environment by following and complying with Work Health Safety policies, procedures and guidelines, and ensuring the correct use of all safety and personal protective equipment by team members.
