Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service from the slides, queues, and pool deck with a smile.
  • Respond clearly and helpfully to ride-related questions and verify that guests meet safety requirements for each attraction.
  • Support efficient and safe ride operations.
  • Effectively manage express lines to ensure a quality experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for safety compliance purposes.
  • Availability during weekdays with flexibility for additional shifts during peak periods is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are vital – confident, clear, and approachable in all interactions.
  • A genuine desire to assist and delight our guests is mandatory.
  • Ability to complete in-house CPR/AED and Standard First Aid training (provided free).
