Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Welcoming Customers: Greet and welcome customers upon arrival to collect their rented vehicle, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Vehicle Inspection and Damage Management: Inspect and identify damage to our vehicles, and support the team in the damage process to ensure accurate and efficient handling.
- Customer Service and Information: Provide excellent service and information to customers when they return their rented vehicle and exit the rental process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Transportation and Safety: Safely transport customers and their luggage from the terminal to our offices using a shuttle bus, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
- Compliance and Adherence: Comply with all road rules and laws, and SIXT Australia's OH&S policy, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Driver's Licence and Working Rights: Hold a current Unrestricted Full Open Driver's Licence and have full working rights in Australia.
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills and/or experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail and Work Ethic: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a good work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn $25.80 per hour (Award rate) + shift loadings.
