You will be a quality expert, making the right judgments to drive continual improvement.

As a Specialist in Service Excellence, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and evaluating interactions to provide coaching and feedback
  • Participating in calibration sessions to ensure a common understanding of excellence across the globe
  • Making firm recommendations to plug identified gaps, feeding into knowledge management and training development teams
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders (off-shore suppliers)

You will possess strong presentation, communication skills, and ability to demonstrate sound reasoning and judgment. You will also have the ability to exercise discretion and independent decision-making, as well as multi-tasking and working under time constraints to meet deadlines.

Additional requirements include excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication skills in English. Added bonus if able to communicate verbally and in writing in French, Spanish and/or Italian.
