Quality Improvement Lead Role

This role is a key part of our organisation-wide approach to Continuous Quality Improvement.

About the Position

The Quality Improvement Lead will work across both Service and Enabling networks, leading the implementation of our Quality Improvement Strategy.

  • Develop consistent quality improvement practices across the organisation.
  • Strengthen a culture of continuous quality improvement and support us to deliver high-quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, evaluation, and management of quality improvement systems and processes aligned with our strategy.
  • Partner with directors to set and achieve annual quality improvement targets and demonstrate the impact of initiatives.
  • Support managers, teams, and the workforce to identify and act on opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Lead the development of quality improvement capability across the workforce through training, coaching, and facilitating a community of practice.
  • Act as an expert in improvement methodologies, supporting the workforce to apply these in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality improvement or management role within a healthcare setting.
  • A qualification or certification in improvement methodology or extensive experience using these methods.
