Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Expert. As part of our Service Delivery function, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across our operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and auditing our call quality program for both Customer Interaction and Business to Business frameworks.
  • Conducting competency assessments across all response centre functions, including call, dispatch, and monitoring services.
  • Providing structured and timely recommendations and coaching with feedback to team leaders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
