About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that oversees quality and process excellence across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will drive integration of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring high standards for customers, employees, and suppliers.

This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Develop and inspire a team of quality professionals.
  • Elevate quality assurance, resolve claims effectively, and streamline business processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Embed best practices through training programs and audit frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Leadership: Lead the ANZ Quality Team, setting clear objectives and building future capability.
  • Strategic Quality Planning: Shape and execute strategies to elevate quality assurance and resolve claims effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Operational Support: Provide expert guidance on quality for warehousing, production, and product issues.
