Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of our products.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in QA within FMCG or food manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train operating staff on QA procedures and equipment calibration
  • Manage the Supplier Non-Conformance Reporting system and drive quality improvement with raw material suppliers
  • Investigate and implement corrective actions for consumer and customer complaints
  • Monitor and analyse manufacturing inputs/outputs to ensure compliance with national specifications
  • Provide expert support for internal and external audits, ensuring ongoing site and customer quality compliance
  • Contribute to the delivery of quality KPIs through proactive systems support and stakeholder collaboration

What You Will Bring:

  • Previous experience in QA within FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of SPC, change management, and project delivery
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
