Job Summary:
Exact IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support for clients.
- Perform account administration within Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and bespoke applications.
- Assist with IT-related projects.
- Ensure technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
- Onboard new clients and conduct user induction / training.
- Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of providing 1st level IT support within a similar industry.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune / SCCM and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with i Manage DMS, Mitel telephony and Citrix is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working in a similar industry.
