About the Opportunity

Penske is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Darwin. As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, while developing your skills in parts sales and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchase order creation, and parts procurement from external vendors.
  • Grow your customer service skills and learn parts sales with our customers, including promoting new products and services.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, and email requests.
  • Learn to provide parts interpreting services and support to the Parts, Services, and Sales Departments.
About You
  • Completed Year 12 with passes in English and Mathematics.
  • A passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • A willingness to work and learn on the job.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work in a team environment.
