Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding work required
  • Produce repair orders and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Take customer enquiries and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Assign and allocate work to the service department, ensuring efficient workflow
  • Liaise with the workshop team to meet time constraints and deadlines
  • Order parts and manage inventory
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with warranty requirements

Requirements:

  • Qualified Automotive Technician or experienced Service Advisor with strong mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to multitask
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and a safe work environment
  • Experience with Toyota dealerships and Gateway/Voyager systems is highly regarded
