About the Role

This Trainee Strata Manager position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join Chandler Macleod's team and embark on a rewarding career in strata management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Strata schemes, building strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor for all Strata matters.
  • Oversee insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure building compliance requirements are met.
  • Draft budgets, agendas, and minutes with assistance from other departments.
  • Interpret legislation and aid in the enforcement of by-laws.
  • Organize and attend in Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other meetings.

About You

  • Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate legislation, financial, and procedural requirements.
  • Previous experience in client/account management is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential.
