Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of Strata schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and by-laws.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, insurance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, agendas, and minutes.
  • Provide guidance on Strata legislation and by-laws.
  • Organize and attend AGMs and other meetings.
