Job SummaryThis role involves service, maintenance, and growth of the customer base within a designated sales territory via sale of Sealed Air Food Care & Product Care, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary level qualification, demonstrated Food and Beverage packaging Account Management experience, and a proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve maximum sales at highest margin returns by developing business plans for major/significant customers, managing SEE inventory, and ensuring accurate forecasting of customer requirements.
- Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers to further our business interests by making presentations to customers, coordinating training of customer personnel, and providing reports as requested.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and housekeeping while working in a large organization with a matrix organizational structure.
- Tertiary level qualification in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated Food and Beverage packaging Account Management experience, preferably in FRM (Fresh Red Meat) market.
- Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships, identify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Food industry and/or plastic packaging products/equipment experience, with knowledge of SAP, Office365, and CRM systems an advantage.
