Job Title:

A customer service professional is sought to deliver exceptional phone service and manage high-volume inbound call centre duties.

This role plays a crucial part in the success of the business. Product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding phone customer service
  • Manage high volume inbound call centre duties
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Provide quotations to customers
  • Update customers on status of their deliveries and stock availability
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Resolving all customer enquiries
  • Working closely with other team members and provide cover when requested

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years previous experience in a high volume inbound / outbound customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills; prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP desirable
  • Strong organisation skills
  • A thirst for learning
  • Naturally strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in delivering a great customer experience
