We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a luxury service expert. This prestigious role combines French Art de Vivre and local culture, offering exceptional experiences for discerning guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized and efficient luxury service to all guests.
  • Embody the service culture of Butler service.
  • Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and product knowledge to advise and recommend to guests.
  • Ensure allergen awareness and dietary requirements are met.
  • Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by designated leaders.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • A professional appearance representing our brand is essential.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays is necessary.
