Key Responsibilities

  2. Contribute to the performance of the timepiece category in the boutique, working closely with clients to create exceptional customer experiences.">
  3. Support the training and development of Fashion Advisors on timepiece knowledge and skills.">
  4. Build in-depth client understanding to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.">
  5. Serve as a technical expert for watch presentation at various in-boutique and external fashion events.">
  6. Attend high-end jewellery events to develop visibility and awareness among Fashion and watch customers.">
  7. Lead WFJ-related boutique operations, including assortment and stock optimization, after-sales support, and complaint handling.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • A background in luxury watches or fine jewellery with relevant certification (FHH/GIA) or equivalent expertise.">
  • A passion for luxury watches and fine jewellery, as well as fashion.">
  • Product knowledge and expertise in luxury watches, including complications and high-end pieces.">
  • The ability to establish relationships with clients and personalize their experience.">
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentation skills.">
