We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a luxury food service provider. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • This includes ensuring that all guests receive personalized and efficient service, initiating contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure guest satisfaction, liaising with the kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to, and ensuring all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.
  • You will also be responsible for presenting food and beverages within our luxurious setting to a high standard.

To succeed in this role, you will require a passion for exceptional customer service, developed communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
