Resident Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to lead our village administration functions and resident relations. This is a full-time position that involves overseeing the delivery of enquiry triaging, resident information updates, collaboration with accounts, and village reception/administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the effective delivery of village resident service functions including enquiry triaging, resident information updates, collaboration with accounts, and village reception/administration
- Deliver resident activities, including happy hours and outings, to enhance their overall experience
- Collaborate with Sales Advisors and Regional Operations Managers on village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions, and open days to ensure seamless operations
- You will have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced environment
- You will be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities and working independently to achieve objectives
- You will enjoy building meaningful relationships with staff, residents, and their families to foster a sense of community
- You will place a high emphasis on customer service and deliver exceptional service to residents to exceed their expectations
- You will have outstanding communication, organisation, and attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
