Resident Care Specialist
">You will deliver high-quality, person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
">This role involves providing daily living assistance, medication delivery and administration, mobility assistance, accurate healthcare documentation, social activities encouragement, building resident relationships, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
">Key Requirements
">- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or relevant qualification
- Previous aged care experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team and take direction as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for various shifts throughout the week
