Comprehensive Resident Care Specialist

Clinical Care Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care of residents in aged care facilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to individual residents, encompassing complex wound management, pain mitigation, behavior management, end-of-life care, and other pertinent clinical procedures as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive clinical care to residents, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Liaise with relevant residential care staff, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, hospitals, and specialist healthcare providers to ensure residents receive premium clinical care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Proficiency in wound care, palliative care, behavior management, clinical assessments, and care planning.
