Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Venue Manager. As a leader in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our venue.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience. This will involve leading a team of staff, implementing effective training programs, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks associated with running a restaurant, including recruitment, rostering, and cost management.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A valid Australian working visa
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
  • RSA certification
  • Hospitality or people management experience (minimum 1 year)
