About this role

As a Service Lead, you will play a vital part in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where each team member can thrive and contribute their unique skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for human rights and creating positive change, with excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.

This role requires a minimum three years of experience working in disability services or a similar environment, along with a relevant tertiary qualification in Individual Support or a related field.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who is eager to collaborate and inspire, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team of Support Workers to achieve their best.

They will also be able to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes, provide guidance and support, and address any challenges that arise.

About You

  • A minimum three years working in disability services or a similar environment.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Individual Support or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Administration & Leadership roles highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
  • Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
