About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a small team in delivering high-quality gardening maintenance services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve gardens and lawns to ensure high standards are met.
  • Cultivate and implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance campus aesthetics.
  • Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
  • Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • A valid manual driver's license.
  • Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
