This opportunity is designed for ambitious individuals who want to launch their career in recruitment. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be immersed in our recruitment processes, frameworks, and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in your market.

You will have the chance to develop commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone or digitally. You will also work alongside Directors and Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies, as well as administration tasks such as prepping resumes, submitting candidates for vacancies, and sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.

We are looking for individuals who are able to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment, with strong negotiation and client control skills. A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team is essential. If you have a flair for sales and a great work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within
  • Actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone or digitally
