Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Cultivate meaningful connections with customers by delivering exceptional service and support.

Job Description:
  • Cultivate relationships with current and potential customers through excellent product knowledge and CRM expertise.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, shipment schedules, and expediting shipments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotations, process orders, and manage shipment schedules.
  • Identify and expedite items with scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor and follow up on shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery or pickup.
  • Set up regular calls with customers to review open backlog and discuss any concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
